The State Audit Bureau of Kuwait manages and monitors public funds on behalf of the Kuwait Government and National Assembly. The high profile client demanded state of the art technology including flexible underfloor HVAC services. This is the first building in Kuwait to feature AET Flexible Space underfloor air conditioning and a major achievement for the MEP contractor. The high specification new build complex comprises three ten-storey buildings linked by a full height Atria and Sky gardens, 33,000 sq m state of the art office space, IT based auditing facilities, a conference centre, training facilities, library and cafeteria, and 22,000 sq m car parking facilities. The building facade is fronted by a spectacular 90m long and 36m high curved glass fronted perimeter wall which permits exciting views into the building.

Bridge House
