CAM-C Underfloor supply air, underfloor return air2008
The Battersea Studios site was originally developed by BT as a warehouse facility in the 1970’s and subsequently housed a TV Broadcaster until the building was purchased by Helical Bar in 2005. The redevelopment created 52,000 sq ft speculative office space, with additional studios and an onsite café. The exposed concrete soffit creates a thermal buffer with suspended up and down lighting granting a crisp clean space and underfloor air conditioning allows for total flexibility for future provision and subdivision.
The system specified was a full underfloor system, with underfloor supply and return air. The five floors of office space is served by 35 CAM-C units of all models, 6 CAM’s serving each floor. A total of 322 standard TU4 Fantiles supply the conditioned air into the workspace.
